Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection provides commercial fire protection services including but not limited to fire sprinkler inspections, system design, installation, underground piping, fire pump installation, and backflow prevention testing for properties in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.

All services are performed by licensed and certified technicians in accordance with applicable NFPA standards and local fire codes.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope of work, and any additional services required. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee. Emergency service requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Past-due accounts may be subject to a late payment fee.

6. Customer Portal

Access to the customer portal is provided to authorized representatives of our clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Portal access may be revoked at any time at our discretion.

7. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are provided for the sole use of the property owner or authorized representative. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection and do not guarantee future performance of fire protection systems.

8. Electronic Communications & Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile or telephone number to Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection — for example when requesting a quote, scheduling service, or creating a customer portal account — you consent to receive communications from us at that number, including phone calls and SMS/MMS text messages, sent manually or by an automated system. These messages relate to your service relationship with us and may include appointment and inspection reminders, scheduling confirmations and updates, quotes and proposals, notifications that an inspection report or document is ready, billing and account notices, and occasional requests for feedback or a review.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and scheduled services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number; you may continue to receive non-text communications (such as phone calls or email) and you may opt back in by texting START. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Electronic Signatures & Records

Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection uses electronic records and electronic signatures to provide and document our services, including quotes, proposals, contracts, work authorizations, day-work tickets, and inspection reports. By signing a document electronically — for example by typing or drawing your signature, clicking to accept, or completing a signing request sent through our third-party e-signature provider — you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and that the signed record is binding and enforceable.

You consent to conduct this transaction electronically and to receive the related records in electronic form. We record the date and time a document is signed along with related signing information for authentication and audit purposes. You may request a paper copy of any electronically signed document by contacting us, and you may withdraw consent to transact electronically before signing; doing so may delay or prevent completion of the related service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Services performed in Alabama or Kentucky may additionally be subject to the laws and courts of the state where the work is performed.
