Bruhn & Bruhn Fire Protection designed and installed a fully compliant NFPA fire sprinkler and standpipe system throughout this four-story facility to ensure maximum life safety and structural protection. The property features a wet-pipe standpipe system with individual control valves on each floor, providing fire crews with immediate water access throughout the structure. The top three floors of residential guest suites are equipped with specialized BlazeMaster® CPVC piping, tailored for quick-response residential sprinkler heads that blend seamlessly into the ceilings while offering high corrosion resistance. Complementing the interior wet system, exterior areas subject to freezing—such as the front porte-corchère—are protected by a dry-pipe loop. The entire setup feeds into a central ground-floor riser room with flow and tamper monitoring connected directly to the main fire alarm panel and an exterior Fire Department Connection (FDC).
